Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11th June 2025

By booking and attending a session with me through neuroreset.me, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before committing to work with me.

1. Payment & Booking Policy

Payment for all sessions must be made in full at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

I accept bank transfer only. I do not accept cash, PayPal, or other forms of payment.

If payment has not been received by the 48-hour deadline, the session will be automatically cancelled.

No hypnotherapy or coaching session will take place without prior payment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Clients will only be permitted to reschedule a maximum of one appointment, one time during their whole course of therapy.

Requests to reschedule a single appointment more than once will be denied.

If you miss a session or arrive too late to begin, that session will be considered as used and no refund will be given.

3. Session Conduct & Attendance

All sessions are held online via a secure video link.

It is your responsibility to be on time, in a private, quiet space, and fully prepared for the session.

If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, I will end the session and it will be considered as attended. No refunds will be issued in this case.

4. Practitioner Availability & Technical Issues

In the rare event that I am unable to attend a session due to illness or an emergency, I will inform you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

If a session cannot go ahead due to a poor internet connection or technical issue on my side, I will offer a full reschedule without charge.

If technical difficulties arise on your side (such as poor internet connection or unsuitable environment), I will do my best to continue the session. The session will still end at the pre-agreed time, no additional time will be added.  However, if the session cannot continue effectively, it will be treated as a missed appointment if more than 10 minutes have elapsed, and no refund will be given.

5. Session Recordings

For safeguarding and professional accountability, all sessions are recorded. This ensures an accurate record exists should any part of the session ever be called into question.

Recordings are stored securely and processed in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. They are never shared with third parties, unless required to do so by law or under a valid court order.

You will be informed at the start of each session that recording is taking place. By continuing with the session, you are providing your consent to be recorded.

6. Client Responsibility & Outcomes

The techniques I use are highly effective, but your results depend on your commitment to practising outside of the sessions.

I have a strong track record of helping clients improve their pain symptoms. However, individual results may vary, and I cannot guarantee success.

If you do not see improvement, refunds will not be issued, as time and expertise have still been provided.

7. Important Health Requirements

I am not a medical doctor, dietitian, or personal trainer. I cannot offer medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.

I can only work with individuals who have been under the care of their GP and/or hospital in relation to their chronic pain.  If you are experiencing symptoms but have not yet consulted your GP, you must do so before working with me.

My services are complementary and do not replace conventional medical care.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

My role is to support you through therapeutic tools; outcomes are not guaranteed, and results vary from person to person.

By participating in my services, you agree to hold me harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the service, unless caused by proven negligence.
