The IBS Neuro Reset Programme
Who is this for?
This is a 5 session structured 1 - 1 online therapy programme (Zoom).
People with a confirmed IBS diagnosis whose symptoms are driven or worsened by anxiety or stress, and who are willing to commit to around 30 minutes of daily practice between sessions.
The programme tends to be most effective for people whose anxiety has become linked to their IBS symptoms and daily activities, particularly when there was a point where things became noticeably worse.
Because this is a structured 5-session programme, it is not intended as long-term therapy for lifelong anxiety affecting multiple areas of life.

Why this works differently
Gut-directed hypnotherapy works. CBT techniques work. And my practice draws on both.
But in my experience, there's a layer underneath the gut symptoms that those approaches alone don't fully reach, the deeply ingrained anxiety patterns that have built themselves into your daily life.
Reaching that layer through rapid change techniques including MEMI, IEMT, Havening, and Advanced Core Transformation Therapy is what produces the results you'll see in the client stories on this site.
It's a combination I haven't found any other IBS therapist using in the same way.

What you get
Five structured 1:1 sessions: Sessions can last between 45 mins and 2 hours depending on what we are working on. You can be in the comfort of your own home as we use Zoom. Each session has a clear focus and builds on the last. Sessions are tailored entirely to you, your symptoms, your triggers, your anxiety patterns, your life. Evening appointments are available at no extra cost, to fit around work.
Your private portal unlocked session by session. After every session, a new section opens on your portal containing videos that explain and extend exactly what we've just covered, a new hypnotherapy audio, and practical resources to keep you on track through the week. The portal is where the real between session work happens, and it stays with you long after the programme ends.
30 additional full gut-directed hypnotherapy audios. A complete library of full-length hypnotherapy sessions, available from the start of the programme. Daily listening is one of the most important parts of what makes this work, and you'll never run out of variety.
80+ short IBS explainer videos The largest dedicated IBS video library available anywhere. Every aspect of IBS from symptoms, triggers, the gut-brain connection, anxiety, food, sleep, flare management are explained clearly and concisely, for you to watch in your own time, whenever you need it.
Regular email support between every session. You're never left on your own between appointments wondering what to do next.
A symptom questionnaire at the start and at the end of our work together. So you can both see exactly how far you've come, and how much your symptoms have improved.

A real life client story about the change that happened
One of my clients was getting up at 4am every day just to prepare for a 7am journey to work.
Three hours of anxiety. Checking traffic. Packing a safety bag. Numerous trips to the loo just in case. She couldn't even speak to her partner before she left, she'd call him from the office once she'd safely arrived.
In our very first session, we worked directly on that pattern. The fear of being trapped. Of losing control. Of what might happen on that journey.
The next day, for the first time in years, she got in the car without dread. She put music on. She messaged me that same day to tell me that she couldn't believe the difference.

That's the difference
