Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 11th June 2025
At neuroreset.me, I am committed to making my services and website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with physical, sensory, cognitive, and technological access needs.
1. Online Sessions
All sessions are conducted online via video call. To support accessibility, I offer:
-
Flexible scheduling to accommodate individual needs
-
The ability to adjust the pace, language, and content of sessions
-
Clear written communication before and after sessions
-
The option to take breaks during longer sessions if needed
-
Use of captions (where supported by the video platform)
If you have specific access needs such as hearing impairments, sensory sensitivities, or cognitive processing difficulties, please let me know before your session. I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.
2. Website Accessibility
I aim to ensure that neuroreset.me is usable for all visitors. This includes:
-
A clean, simple layout with consistent navigation
-
Text that is readable, with good contrast
-
Compatibility with screen readers and keyboard navigation
f you encounter any barriers while using the website, please contact me at debbie@neuroreset.me. I welcome feedback and will do what I can to improve accessibility.
3. Limitations
While I aim to make every aspect of my service as accessible as possible, there are some limitations due to the nature of the technology used.
Please note that I will only conduct sessions using platforms that allow for session recording, such as Zoom or other secure video conferencing tools that meet GDPR standards for data protection. This is a professional requirement, as recordings are used for safeguarding purposes and to maintain an accurate record of our work together.
For this reason, I am unable to offer sessions via platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, FaceTime, or similar services, as they do not provide secure or compliant recording functionality.
Recordings are stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR, are never shared, and would only be accessed if legally required (e.g. under a court order or for a safeguarding concern).
If you have difficulty using the platforms I support, please let me know in advance, and I’ll do my best to offer guidance or alternatives within those secure systems.
In the event of a connection failure or technology issue, I will always prioritise rescheduling where the problem lies on my side. If accessibility or technology is a concern for you, please reach out ahead of time and I’ll work with you to find a practical solution.
4. Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing process. I am continuously learning and open to making improvements. If there’s something I can do to make working together easier for you, please don’t hesitate to ask.
