If you are thinking about working with Debbie - DO IT!


After months of fear, anxiety, spiralling and an intense depression after a pretty grim moment on a plane, I ended up with a genuine fear of getting on one again. I have my wedding and "mini-moon" in May and the closer it got the more anxious and depressed I got thinking I would have a repeat of that situation.


I found Debbie's page and from the first interaction over email she was so incredibly kind and understanding and genuinely wanted to help me as she didn't want me to have fear whilst travelling.


I have done CBT type therapy when I was young and was a little sceptical but the complete combination of CBT, hypnotherapy and eye movement therapy has worked literal wonders within just two sessions. You do have to put in the daily work yourself, but within just 3 weeks I can already see and feel a difference in how I react to my anxiety and how I feel about getting on a plane.


Even in flare ups now I feel so much calmer, I know I am able to handle my anxiety and I am, for the first time, a bit excited to be on that plane in a month's time which I did not think was possible.


I cannot recommend Debbie enough. The kindness, willingness to help, understanding and expertise are fantastic. I have a lot of work still to do going forward but I feel like she has helped give me some of my life back.

I came to Debbie with very little hope remaining of ever getting on top of my anxiety. 

 

Before meeting Debbie, anxiety and the digestive issues which came with that completely controlled my life and I was at a very low point and struggling.  I must admit, I was very sceptical as after struggling for 15+ years and trying many other remedies/techniques.

 

Debbie put me at ease during our first session with her kind, calm and compassionate approach, she was in no way judgemental and completely understood and genuinely empathised with what I was saying.

 

The online resources are incredibly insightful and the hypnotherapy sessions will now be part of my life forever.

 

I had 4 online sessions with Debbie where we explored my anxiety and some specific scenarios which bothered me. One of my main 'triggers' was driving anxiety, quite literally overnight after a session with Debbie this improved and I no longer feared getting behind the wheel.

 

I still can't quite believe the change which I have seen in myself in such a short space of time, and my loved ones have also noticed such a difference.

 

Debbie has given me a huge part of myself back that I thought I had lost forever - thank you Debbie.

I have just finished a course of therapy with Debbie and I have seen huge huge changes. Simple changes to the way I think about things have made bigger changes in my daily life. I no longer am prisoner to the surge of adrenaline that comes with anxious thoughts - and am continuing to work on the fact thoughts are just a bunch of words!

 

Although there isn’t a cure for IBS.. Debbie’s therapy makes a massive difference and I’d recommend to anyone.

Life changing experience - Debbie is amazing at what she does.

When I first met Debbie, I was going through a particularly difficult time, having put off seeking help for my anxiety for many years. Within the first five minutes of our conversation, I knew I wanted to work with her. Debbie is genuine, warm, and clearly knowledgeable. I am currently working with Debbie and I cannot recommend enough. The sessions have allowed me to make huge changes in 6 weeks and to start to get my life back. I have tried so many different therapies for years , so many techniques thinking I’d never get better and there was nothing left to try. I started working with Debbie due to my anxiety which was becoming so bad that I found myself staying indoors more and more. Leaving my house was becoming more difficult.

 

I had in the past tried all sorts of things but nothing really worked as no one was getting to the root of the problem. Debbie does just that. She gets to the root of the problem. Her techniques are easy to follow and the results are outstanding.

I had hypnosis sessions for anxiety and I’m so happy with the results. I have never come across these techniques before and they have worked wonders. Alongside the hypnosis itself, I also learned practical techniques that I can use every day. This has made a huge difference in my life.
