The IBS Neuro Reset Programme

This is a structured, 1-to-1 programme designed specifically for women whose IBS is being driven or maintained by anxiety, stress and a sensitised nervous system.

It is designed to help you reduce symptoms, calm gut-related fear, and stop IBS running your decisions within a defined timeframe.

This programme is delivered over approximately 6 weeks, but you book and pay for each session individually as you go.

What's Included

Session 1: 90-120 minutes. We take the time needed to understand your IBS properly and start the work straight away, rather than spreading the assessment over multiple sessions.

Sessions 2–6: 60–90 minutes each. Longer sessions allow us to work through what needs addressing without rushing or stopping mid-process.

Most other therapists only offer sessions of 50–60 minutes.

 

Over the course of this programme, you receive significantly more direct contact time, delivered in a focused and continuous way.

Support Between Sessions

Progress with IBS doesn’t happen only during sessions. That’s why the programme also includes:

  • A new IBS specific hypnotherapy audio each week for you to use between sessions, reinforcing the work we do together

  • Structured between session tasks designed to support your nervous system and symptom reduction

  • Midweek check-ins so you’re not left wondering whether what you’re experiencing is normal

  • Additional support if needed.  If something comes up between sessions, I’ll arrange a short Zoom call at no extra cost rather than leaving you stuck

There are no add-ons or surprise fees.

Consultation Call (Optional)

This 20 minute Zoom call gives you a chance to ask questions, explain your situation and see if working together feels right for you.  This call isn't required.

Session 1

Book your first session to work with me and start the IBS Neuro Reset Programme.

This session will last between 90-120 minutes.

3

Sessions 2 - 6

Most people benefit from the full 6 session programme, although some notice huge improvements after around 3-4 sessions.   These sessions last between 60-90 minutes

Sessions are booked individually. You're not locked into anything, and you can stop at any point if the programme isn't working for you.

Is This Right For You?

This programme is suitable if:

  • Your IBS flares with anxiety, stress, or anticipation
  • You’re constantly monitoring your gut or planning around toilets, food, or travel

  • You’ve tried diets, supplements, or medication but symptoms keep returning

  • You want a clear plan, not ongoing therapy with no end point

 

This programme may not be suitable if:

 

  • You’re looking for occasional, ad-hoc sessions

  • You want reassurance based support or talk therapy

  • You want me to do all the work for you or to 'fix you'

  • You aren't prepared to face uncomfortable, often anxiety inducing thoughts or situations.
